Bare Knuckle Bourbon Whiskey is easy-drinking, balanced, and great for sipping neat.  The nose brings forth oaky vanilla, nutmeg, and toasty notes. Sweet flavors of corn, popcorn, peanut brittle, and butterscotch on the palette are a testimony to its 70% corn mash bill, rounded out with 20% wheat and 10% malted barley, all from Virginia farmers. KO Distilling uses craft barrels produced by Kelvin Cooperage in Louisville, Kentucky. For this and a number of other factors, each cask is unique. This single barrel whiskey was hand selected by our head distillery for its unique and favorable characteristics. Bare Knuckle Whiskey is aged onsite in new 53-gallon American white oak barrels and made with 100% Virginia-grown grains. Certified Kosher, Craft, and Virginia’s Finest.
